Lifetime Warranty

All CaseLogic products carry a limited  lifetime warranty.

This is offered directly by CaseLogic - referred to here as CaseLogic (US).

CaseLogic (US) is dedicated to providing quality products. Every product is quality tested and is guaranteed for 'life' (or as reflected on the product packaging). This covers defects in materials and workmanship if the original owner owns the product.

The quality guarantee applies only when products have been put to the use intended by Case Logic (US) and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose or coincidental or consequential damage.

If you would like to make a claim on your warranty, please contact us first with full details of your product, point of purchase and details of the fault.

If a returned defective product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product or one of equal value.

Please note: Your lifetime warranty is provided directly by Case Logic (US). "Case Logic UK" (the owners of this website) are NOT directly connected to Case Logic (US). We are however a fully authorised retailer and we act as representatives. We will always try our best to replace any faulty products but the final decision on any replacments will be handled by Case Logic (US).
